Transactions
  • Most  of the society's publications come through the annual Transactions and through this website. Occasional papers are delivered to the society usually, but not always, referring to the life and times of Doctor Johnson. If they do not appear in the current Transactions then they will appear under  'Papers'.   The current issue of the transactions of the society is entitled 'Transactions 2009'.
  • All items from Transactions 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 now appear in this section
  • Some papers, not delivered to the society but judged to be of interest, may also be included.
  • Papers are recorded by year of transaction (or submission), title and author. 
  • Items of society news and events from the Transactions are not normally included on this section.
